Disgusting ! I was so appalled by the place, I would never go back there. Not only were the bathrooms were foul, their staff was amazing, however, when we requested to speak to the manager, they were nowhere to be found. Instead, they sent out, an employee. That tells me the manager is incompetent to run an establishment, and if I was their employee I would look for another job. How can you work for an establishment that you cannot be proud of? Typical Fatz experience: 45 mins for 2 entrees to arrive, ignored by host, hostess & wait staff, decent though overpriced food & drink, ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL service. I would have spoken to the manager, however she was dealing with the 2nd, or was it 3rd, customer complaint from or lil' section. I had no more time to waste...
I got the calabash chicken, baked potato, salad & cinnamon apples. Everything was awesome! Our waiter, Ben, took such good care of us!!
The only thing now worth eating is the dessert chocolate chip cookie. Outside of having a good waitress, the kitchen messed up multiple times. I loved the Calabash chicken wrap until they discontinued the spicy ranch. I do not like the Fatz sauce. They removed the chicken salad sandwich and several other items that people love. I was disappointed to say the least.
The one thing we went for was the onion burger but it's not on the menu anymore. If it's not broken don't fix it. Our server did an excellent job. Overall not bad.
5 stars to our server Lindsey, who made our evening despite the wait for our food. Thanks for taking great care of all 8 of us and helping us enjoy our last night in town before the long drive home!
Service was surberb. Food was ok I ordered salad and soup and I think my salad had been sitting too long with dressing on it It was too soggy. But the service was excellent!!
