Love the seafood nachos. Sad they don't make them often enough. Suggestion for Management cut back on the Fatty's Seasoning. It is great in boiled and fried seafood but not in everything. Overpowering

The Boudin Balls are tasty. Mix a little crystal hot sauce with the remoulade to kick it up.
