Awful Service, send a text to one of their realtors after reading the poor reviews here, and sure enough after following up twice by phone NO RESPONSE AT ALL.
Was very rude to the realtor we are working with. Very non willing to work with us. House was not move in ready as they advertised. My opinion..do not do business with them.
Especially Betty Arguello. This agent was nasty to deal with in general. They advertise a “Move In Ready” lease with broken appliances, windows, window blinds and were not even willing to haul off a broken down truck parked in the driveway and random wheels. We were willing to clean the property and she wasn’t even interested in that..... We had money in hand for deposits and first months rent...... I hate to even give 1 star
BEWARE: I have strong evidence regarding a license holder that has unpaid invoices with my company. Mark S. Alaamel (license number 601430) has refused to pay any invoices for a property where services have been rendered. The house has been closed on and my options have been limited. I have irrefutable evidence. Fathom Realty has not been helpful in seeking a resolution either. I filed a TREC complaint, a zillow complaint, a realator.com complaint and have since lawyered up for a review on a resolution.
I have to tell you that Fathom Realty and Julie Vu are the worst company you could ever do business with. This is the worst and most unprofessional realtor I have ever encountered. She is unresponsive and has the poorest communication skills on this planet. She excels in letting you sit in the dark without communicating. I tried to rent a property under their management, a property that she is overseeing. Everything came in perfect for our application package.
