Booking the appointment was easy and the rep (Craig) was polite and professional. He sent me an estimate for a small move including the truck, 2 guys, mileage and fuel. The morning of, the guys show up on time and everything seems to be going as expected. Then they tell me they have a third guy coming and I'm busy moving as well and think nothing of it. This business is not reputable. They have employees who steal customer’s property, management acknowledges but will not reimburse client for what their employees took..
