I saw the billboard on I30, when we moved to Fate, so, I figured I'd give them a try. The dentists, hygienists, receptionists and everyone else that works there are great! I love that I can sit with my children during their cleanings, and, even when my little guy need fillings. I'm very particular about certain things when it comes to health decisions and they are very patient and accommodating.
Everyone is so nice there and they're great with my kiddos!

Very poor attention. They have too many patients. My kid was there for his cleaning and they found a cavity but the made us to leave the room because they had many patients waiting, so we were waiting in the lobby so they can call us again. 45 minutes later I had to ask them and they did not know how long I had to wait, because the doctor was attending other patients.
Fate Family Dental (FFD) has been a God send to my family. We are a foster family which means we deal with medicaid. FFD not only accepts Medicaid they "take care of us" as though we have the best insurance on the planet. The office is clean, new, and spa like. The staff has been nothing but helpful, kind and accommodating. ...Did I mention they have a coffee machine...: ) I was so impressed they had "real coffee" Thank you Fate Family Dental...You make a Difference in peoples lives!!!

What an amazing dentist office! They are patient with our big, crazy family and are so gentle and considerate as all the little ones begin experiencing dentistry. They are accommodating with appointments. Just phenomenal and thorough with their treatment and any recommended changes to our home regimen.
Very friendly and great service. The staff goes the extra mile to make sure it is always a pleasurable experience.
