Was very very disappointed with the service (or lack of service) I received today by Dr. Davong. I had already been there twice with both of my son's and the staff was awesome and so was the woman doctor (whose name I forgot). But today went back to finally finish everything for both boys so they both had an appointment at the same time. This place is amazing! The employees here are amazing and always smiling! They are upfront with everything and very honest people. It was a great experience and I will be going back for sure! Who knew getting wisdom teeth out would be somewhat fun and not to scary.
After my recent appointment on Monday, I was told I had 8 cavities and the cost would be over 1,600 dollars. I went for a second opinion because I thought the cost sounded high. After seeing another dentist, I was told I only had 5 cavities and the cost would be less than 1,000 dollars. Couldn't believe there was a difference of 600+ dollars. Quite disappointed and frustrated because I had heard good things about this office. I also bought the "Gold Star" savings plan only to learn it's nonrefundable. So I'm out 140 dollars.
Great Family Environment!!!!! Kiddos love comming here that's a first how often do kids enjoy going to the dentist!

I absolutely love it here! The staff is amazing! The doctor's are amazing! They explain everything the way I understand it and not make me feel dumb lol I actually feel comfortable going to the dentist now! Thank you Fate Family Dental!
