My first time trying Fatburger today and my experience was amazing! I went because i was told they had a gluten free bun if you ask. I was then informed by the very kind cashier they make gluten free fries AND gravy! I wish I'd have gotten her name because I expressed how that was so exciting and I'd remember the gravy was gluten free for next time! (Just spent a bunch of money and didn't want to spend more on the gravy) After she brought out my meal she then brought me a sample of the gravy to try with my fries! Was serious... read more
Very bad experience. The burger and fries were cold and not fresh, and the fries were soggy. Service was extremely slow. I also noticed poor hygiene practices, with food being prepared without anything underneath to prevent contamination. I won't be coming back.
