Went for lunch today. The burgers have really gone down hill. The pre-formed patties are awful! No flavor at all. Need to go back to making your own patties.
Went to the Barboursville location last night. Paid $7.99 for 5 wings. $1.60 a wing is a joke. Even BW’s is not that expensive.!!!!
Teays Valley location literally never has their phone on the hook. NEVER. EVER.
Went to watch Steelers game and manager turned the two TVs to another game and told bartender to let them leave if they don’t like it. Not the same. Won’t b back.
RecommendedHorrible service tonight. Never had an issue really but our server definitely needs to realize that slowing down and taking a second to write down an order if you can’t remember it all is ok, that silverware Is needed and checking on your tables that aren’t drinking alcohol helps you make tips too! He was way too concerned about alcoholic beverage orders and not enough about his other tables. Having a gluten intolerance I was very nervous I wouldn’t be able to find anything to eat. But our waitress was so attentive and made me the best salad, I had no worries of cross-contamination! So great!
