One of the best food places out there!
Worst lettuce wedge ever!!!
Absolute worst service ever. They messed up our order then when asked for a manager he was rude and basically told me oh well it happens. So part of our order was cold and the rest went to another table. Yes you're busy but customer service should still be a priority!!!! It's not that hard to be polite and apologetic about it. Don't be hateful and rude!!!! When you remodeled, should've remodeled the staff as well!!
I tried to call Huntington and Ashland to place an order, tried for over an hour and it rang busy.. Won't be calling anytime soon.

The past 2 times I have ordered food from the Huntington location it has been terrible. This place is no where near like it used to be.
Use to love fats til this new company came in and changed everything and made the food awful I hate that there destroying a amazing restraint like this to make a dollar by changing so much
RecommendedWe had a FABULOUS lunch on Wednesday at the Teays Valley location. The food was excellent! Our waitress, LJ, was very friendly, and extremely helpful and attentive! We will definitely be repeat customers!
After waiting 45 minutes for a table for 7 & everyone that came in was seated, we were told they didn't know how long our wait would be. We told them their service was terrible & we wouldn't be back. The manager just laughed as we left. I would not recommend Teays Valley Fat Patty's.
