RecommendedFirst time eating here and loved it!! Me and my fiancé and son was in from Tennessee to see family and her mother suggested we eat at fat patty’s!! I can honestly say I was not disappointed and that any time I come to West Virginia I will be eating some fat patty’s — with Ciara Whittaker.
Definitely hits home since I've moved to Tennessee. Love west Virginia but Tennessee Is home. Gets your belly full and awesome service.
Enjoyed the Cheeseburger Fat Bread for a change tonight and was pleasantly surprised.

I use to always recommend Fats, however, coming from a frequent flyer to the Huntington location, im sad to say lots have changed since the buyout. I could eat there 3 days a week but now I barely want to go at all!!! You use to be able to go and a quick good bite to eat. Nothing is quick anymore. There is clearly turnover in the kitchen and its gone down hill. Quality of food has gone down and the staff turnover has bothered me. I hardly know a soul in there now!!
