Excellent food, great atmosphere, good prices. Staff was nice and friendly
Always stop in when I'm in town every year to work the Mad City Train Show. In fact half the people in last night are other train show participants I've suggested this great place for BBQ to over the past few years and have been coming back since. Awesome Saturday night special is ribs and Fat Jacks does an amazing job on them. Very short waiting time and always great wait staff........
A must stop when we're in town! Ribs are delicious, great service and atmosphere
I think we got the day before left over! Very charred and dry - drier than jerky - coleslaw was brownish in color - looked very old - a very small taste which was sour like - I think it was also half spoiled. Very disappointed! I can wait a few years before I even attempt to try it again. Not worth the money at all.

Sandra....we don't do leftovers.....did you Tell your server they were over-grilled? We are always happy to bring you new Ribs. The Cole slaw is a Vinegarette dressing..done in small doses so always fresh but it is a tart apple cider vinegar. I'm so sorry you had a bad experience

I haven't found anywhere in the world to that has ribs as good as Fat Jacks! We moved to Florida and can't find anything close! We always make a trip to Fat Jacks every time we are back in town!

All you can eat ribs and chicken on Tues and Thursdays can't be beat! Perfect everytime. Ask for the extra spicy BBQ sauce they keep in back.
Went there on a whip. Not happy at all. How can a place have a buffet where the waitress brings you the portions? Not to mention the excessive wait time. Better places in madison to patronize
