I absolutely love Fat Jack's it is one of our family favorites to go to the place is real homie the food is great and the best part about it all it's all you can eat Tuesdays and Thursday nights they have a dinner special all you can eat ribs sides and chicken when I tell you this is the best deal for your dollar I promise you that you will not I repeat you will not find better Smokehouse Barbecue around in the Madison area hands down by far Fat Jack's takes the crown when it comes to BBQ here in Dane County.

Business response:

There is a small end and a large end on each rack of ribs.....your re-order was most likely from the small end. I'm sorry you didn't like the cheese curds. If you ever have a problem with any of our food, please let us know while you are here so we can fix it. The Cole slaw recipe is a family recipe from the Post House in Spring Green and has a huge following....I don't know where you got a "pepper" flavor. We have an Xtra got sauce in the kitchen and our Back Ribs are served with a sweet sauce....so, we have 4 sauces. Again... read more

I had a full "Tennessee" rack. I always order my racks with no sauce. It had decent smoke flavor, but were very dry around the edges and somewhat dry overall. The regular sauce had decent flavor. . The spicy and extra spicy had too much black pepper taste. Summary-better flavor than most regular oven baked ribs, but i would not pay $22 for them...maybe 18 ...after i try the pulled pork and BBQ chicken or Brisket. (I hope they dont soak the pulled pork in sauce ... Just covers up the flavor) I will be back.

The Tennessee Back Ribs are the only smoked. Meats with sauce on them.
