Visiting from Ohio, the best restaurant we've had since we've been here! Very tasty entrees, strong Margaritas, and excellent service!

We stayed in San Diego for 2 nights, went to Fat Fish the first night was so amazingly good we came back the next night!! Best Mexican we've ever had in the world! Definitely will be coming back next time we come over from Australia! So yum!
Extremely disappointed! Very poor management, staff was scrambling to get people served the entire time I was there. Knowing it's a MAJOR HOLIDAY- 4th of July AND World Cup elimination games, management should've prepared! They had 1 server to take care of the entire patio, the girl was definitely outnumbered. No one in my party, table of 15 could get drinks in a reasonable amount of time, going to the bar ourselves was even worse. I hope next time is better, if there is a next time.
Yummy appetizers! Friendly staff! Well go back next time we are in San Diego.

This has got to be the best restaurant I've visited on the West Coast by far. The chief really knows what he's doing as he is really in tune with the Mexican taste. Also, I've grown up on the east coast think Legal Seafood was the best around but Fat Fish has a great product as well. To top things off, the service was so attentive to my needs, I felt really special and not just another customer.
