Tried out their Pork Belly Bao, Shortrib Grilled Cheese, and the Fat Choy Breakfast. Each one was great. I have to come back to try the Duck Rice. This a spot you have to try if you're ever in Vegas.

Amazing short rib grilled cheese sandwich! It's a double workout day! Their special strawberry salad is also delicious. We will continue to bring our out of town guests here!
