The best lunch spot in that area! Get the bao, they are all amazing.. and the shortrib grilled cheese is the most comforting food ever.
The pork belly bao is the best I've ever eaten!! Amazing! Still want to try the soft shell crab bao!

We saw it on Diners, Drive -Ins and Dives. We live in Missouri and glad we made it there! We ate what Guy did on the show we saw in August! It didn’t disappoint! Yum!
The pork belly bao was delicious and very filling.
Got married yesterday and wanted our 1st lunch as husband and wife to be at the Fat Choy, we had heard so much about this place and came over from the UK, it’s did not disappoint it’s the best food we have had here and all the employees were fantastic too, we got to meet one of the owners which was a fantastic experience , we will be back next time we come to Vegas as it’s totally worth the 11 hour flight! Thanks so much to all there !! Xx
Saw this place on Diners Drive-Ins & Dives and HAD to try it on my trip to Vegas. Tried the Pork Belly Bao, Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese & Won Ton Soup. Everything was SO GOOD! Pork Bao was to die for! The flavor combo was a party in my mouth. The Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese had this yummy onion jam on it and was served with house made Marinara that itself was delicious, but the flavor combo of sweet and savory was another party in my mouth.
