Waitress was outstanding. The time it took for the food was unreasonable in 90 degree heat. The food left a lot to be desired. The Mac and cheese wasn’t what I had here before. My pulled chicken was ok. Based on the prices you pay, the portions were not commensurate with the price. My friend ordered a beef on week and got a couple fatty slabs of beef and hardly any salt on the Kimmelweck roll. I’ve lived in the South a good portion of my life. This experience wouldn’t make it a year down there, much less 20 years.
Very poor management of the food truck at West Falls Voluntary Fire Company on Wednesday July 8th. After waiting in line for 30 minutes in 90 degree weather we are told that Brisket wouldn't be available for another 60 minutes. Really?? We left and went to support a local restaurant instead. Very poor planning.

Awesome food before this virus made us isolate in our homes and awesome curbside pick up food during the isolation. Loooove Fat Bobs!
On a Friday afternoon, has to make a errand to Buffalo. We picked up some take out from Fat Bob’s Smokehouse. Did eat it right away room ya about a hour to get home. And even then it was amazing. We sit the bar high and it met it for sure! Will see you again for sure in august to be a caterer for our wedding! thanks again Fat bob’s Smokehouse!!!
