Run by restaurateur par excellence Bob Mollot, the sports bar features pork, beef and poultry slow-cooked over low heat to produce that tell-tale red ring around the meat. It is a laid-back kind of place with pool tables, dartboards, and three TVs showing your favorite games. Ordered Thanksgiving dinner from Fat Bobs. Incredible from top to bottom. Everything tasted homemade and had that little extra something that is always lacking from supermarket and chain catering. It was all delicious, so flavorful and in generous portions. Thank you for putting such care, passion and love into your food. We could taste it. It improved our holiday. Definitely will order again.
Wanted to try Fat Bob's food Truck for the first time tonight. was really dissapointed.. the only 2 sides I wanted were already sold out only after less then half the time they were supposed to be there. so we just got 2 sandwiches to take home and had to make sides to.go.with thrm... sort of defeated the purpose.. the sandwiches were pretty good.. albeit my Pork sandwich roll was swimming in grease. and we only live two minutes from where they were and both sandwiches were cold. not sure if I will go out of my way to try th... read more
Fat Bob's staff was courteous, didn't have to wait long for our meal and the food is sooo delicious. I had the pulled pork with sweet potato fries and coleslaw (which was really fresh), yummy and my hubby had a the rib/ brisket combo, equally delicious. definitely one of our favorite places.
The food was good, and served in a timely fashion. Friendly service. The only complaint I have, which was really no fault of theirs, was because dining is outside now, we couldn't enjoy our meal for fighting off the bees. My daughter is allergic to bee stings, so we had to leave sooner than planned. Otherwise, I would highly recommend.
