Groves Motorsports Service I just wanted to share that I had a good experience with Groves their is a new service writer his name is Nick and he went over and above helping me with my crashed bike this summer fighting with my insurance company to make sure they repaired my bike correctly I also really like the parts manager Stephanie also very helpful I don't know much about the sales department as I purchased my bike used but they always seem OK.
THE MOST HELPFUL PARTS DEPARTMENT I recommend everyone who owns a motorcycle, atv, snowmobile, or jet ski to visit grovesmotorsports there sales staff was very nice and the young lady behind the parts counter went above and beyond what I ever expected. For some one to take out hours to answer and explain every question that I had, was awesome, since before going there I had no Idea what I was getting into by purchasing an ATV.
Wouldn't buy anything from this place! I would not recommend my worst enemy to do business with Groves Motorsports. After putting my motorcycle for sale at Groves, with the understanding that they would only sell my bike for $500 more than I was asking to cover their costs, I found out that they were trying to make over $2,000 on top of what I was asking.
