THE MOST HELPFUL PARTS DEPARTMENT I recommend everyone who owns a motorcycle, atv, snowmobile, or jet ski to visit grovesmotorsports there sales staff was very nice and the young lady behind the parts counter went above and beyond what I ever expected. For some one to take out hours to answer and explain every question that I had, was awesome, since before going there I had no Idea what I was getting into by purchasing an ATV.
Wanderful I took my 1986 Honda Shadow 500 in to replace the clutch. Everyone was very helpful. There was a slight misunderstanding when i first arrived, but they bent over backwards to make it right and get me safely back on the road. I am very pleased with their work and their customer service. The store manager is newly promoted and doing a great job running the store. Groves motorsports Bought many parts from groves motorsports always on top of there game. Steff knows her products well. Really great service Just bought a new Can Am ds 450xxc atv and couldn't be happier!!!! We went into a store that was as busy as a business could get and were helped immediately. All questions we had were answered and they even took the time te explain how Can Am actually had a racer program and help set up the account. We bought this atv for less than other places had advertised and would gladly buy another machine from them. Their parts department is absolutely awesome and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks GROVES
Horrible service, absolutely awful Had to have some tranny work done on my bike. Took it to Groves and they rebuilt it. That was in the fall, put the bike away for the winter and after a few miles in the spring tranny goes out again. Took it to another dealer who found that Groves hadn't lined something up properly (looking at the part, it was obvious what had happened). Went back to Groves to give them a chance to make it right and they told me that they only guarantee their work for a few months and that therefore they wou... read more
Bad Business Practices. Do not do business with them through ebay either, they make promises they cannot keep and then refuse to make the situation right. I bought a bike that was supposed to have the stock exhaust in addition to the upgraded one. When my shipper got there the stock one was "missing". They charge $85 for documentary fees, then turn around and say the dmv won't process the title work. So I ask for my $85 back and they basically say f you. I will never go to groves again I purchased a new snowmobile from groves that proved to have a defect from the factory causing the engine to blow up (twice). groves service addressed the symptom and (rebuilt the engine) not the problem (once). the second time they hung me out to dry ( unit was now out of warranty). I researched this carburation/fuel filter/fuel tank issue and found a mfg. bulletin that addressed the plastic particles that accumulate in the carburator from the fuel filter falling off in the fuel tank. Groves Is Top Notch! recently visited grovesmotorsports in mason last week. I had them do a routine oil change and fork oil replacement. Their service department was very helpful with all my questions. I spoke with Jeff. A very knowledgeable person with tons of experience i could tell that after a few minutes talking with him. after being very pleased with the service I was walking the show room floor filled with every recreational product you can imagine.
