My dad doesn’t have fb, but he’s used Fastlane Computers multiple times and asked me to leave a review. They fixed his phone today and didn’t even charge him. Great service and always are able to fix whatever he needs. I’d definitely recommend them.

Sir I do not even know why I am going to respond to this ridiculous review but I guess I will give my input also and be sure to put in what you left out. First I really wish we had the audio also so customers could hear you cuss my employee out and call him some really nasty things. Second you left out that you were calling for a friend that was snooping on her husbands computer and she wanted to delete the browsing history so she would not get caught. As a Mortgage Loan Originator and Branch Manager I depend on my laptop to work and it is my income producing technology. Yesterday afternoon around 3 it crashed and would not start again. I went to Geek Squad to diagnose and hard drive was gone. their estimate time to get me back in business was 3 - 4 days plus purchasing all kinds of new software or going back to Lenovo and that was going to take 5 -7 days.
