I take my daughter's computer to them , needed new key buttons , hold computer for 2 days but could not find part , gave it back , I decided to repair it my self ( I am not professional on the computers , trust what they are ) find part online right away for $70 , BUT WHEN I OPENED IT surprise , hinge for flip up was broken , glue all over and screws missing ! Sir your wife dropped off a laptop for a quote. We literally looked for the part on the bottom of the laptop by model number and could not find the part from our manufacture that we order from. We called your wife and told her we could not find the part but if she could find the part, we would be happy to do the labor for her.
