Received very poor service yesterday and now blame Fastlane for a phone that won't work!! Took the phone in yesterday at about noon and explained that it had been dropped in water. I was told NOTHING could be done. I went home and went ahead and plugged the phone in. Several minutes later I heard the phone start making noises and soon it was working fine. Brandon and the staff are really knowledgeable and know what they are doing, easily the best PC repair shop around. Keep up the great work guys and I'll see you next time.
Super fast I phone repair. Very friendly staff. They had my iPhone 7 screen replaced in 30 mins no joke!!

Will never use their services again. The gentleman who worked on my phone was nice as could be but the owner was terribly rude and I will NEVER give him my money again. Do yourself a favor and use someone else.

This was the worst experience I ever had I broke my phone it took them a week and a half to order a new screen they put it in it looked great work okay not real happy but needed a phone 2 Days Later completely quit working and they won't even look at it I wouldn't take them my light fixture out of my outhouse

You came in the store and asked us to look at it because it was not working properly after we installed your new screen. We said no problem it will take up to 2 hours to look at it for you.
