Fastlane is fast, friendly, and the price is right I wasn't looking for computer repairs, but I could not ignore the Fastlane advertising truck in the Best Buy-Office Depot mall with the dark blue car always parked next to it obstructing the view. AWESOME service! Great service and knowledge for my repair. Cost was reasonable and SUBSTANTIALLY less than Best Buy AND the turn around time to get my pc back was great. Will do business with them again and recommend everyone to try them out! Pleasantly Pleased!
Great Service Went to Best Buy in the same shopping plaza for a laptop screen replacement and Best Buy wanted $539 to replace the screen. Walked over to Fastlane Computers and they quoted me $249 installed. Staff was real friendly and did a great job on my laptop. Fastlane you have gained a customer for life. Thanks so much!
Matt Took my computer in expecting them to tell me my hard drive was bad. Turned out it was just a bad RAM. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. They got it done fast and saved me a bunch of cash!
Life Savers! I have a Dell desktop that decided to go to a blue-screen every time I turned on my computer. I took my computer to Best Buy and was charged $130 for them to look at it! Two days later, I was told that I needed a new motherboard and that I would lose five years worth of pictures and videos of my kids! I was livid! Fast Service and Good price I went to the " Other Guys " in the parking lot and they said my laptop needed a motherboard had to be replaced and it would cost about $400 . Well, Fastlane fixed it for $ 115 and had it back to me in two days. Great Service and Great Prices...
Buyer Beware!!! Buyer beware! We bought a brand-new desktop from them and a week later it stopped working, wouldn't even start up. We took it back and didn't hear a word until we called nearly a week later. They said it needed a new hard drive and a new motherboard, and we wouldn't be getting it back for several more days. We asked for a refund, and they said they'd be happy to give us one - for a 30% RESTOCKING FEE!!! These guys took our money, gave us a broken piece of crap, and we've ended up paying several hundred dollar... read more
