My car went through the wash and it didn’t take off the small bird dropping on the windshield. I asked the wipe down guy at the end to clean it off because the machine didn’t do the job. He said no because it would mess up the windshield. I told him a $13 car wash should result in a clean car, and he said I could talk to the manager. Manager came out, begrudgingly wiped the doo off and treated me like I was the problem. Guess I spend my car wash money elsewhere.
I always get good service here. The team here is efficient and friendly.
Only the guy in driver side blew out my mirrors and wiped the door. Dude on the other side must of had a bad day.
Update - I owe an apology to all of you at Fast Lane. The manager has been in contact with me since the incident happened. I was given video footage and pictures. The wiper blade was ripped off by the car wash itself as I was going through it. I jumped to conclusions and assumed it was ripped off by an employee, probably because I was upset that it happened (how could this happen to me incident when so many SUVs go through there everyday) as I feel anyone would be. Took my pickup through this morning and it Was really dirty! Guys over at fast lane got it taken care of for me and did a great job, truck was spotless. Will be back for sure!
