Just went through the wash in Minot. The wipe at the end of the wash was pathetic. One guy and he wiped down the driver's side door and nothing else, not even the window on that door, just the frame. So now the truck has lots of water spots on it. I was interested in the monthly pass, but I do not want to do it if that is the kind of service I am going to get.
It's horrible. I just got a supreme wash and I still have dirt on my grill! How does this happen?!

I was very impressed with how quick and convenient my stop at Fastlane was! I had expected a longer wait but the crew made it go that much faster. They were very helpful - as it was my first time through - and they made sure that the job was done right! They really pay attention to their customers and that's hard to find sometimes. I will definitely be returning - it's so hassle free and easy and a huge timesaver! Thanks Fastlane!!!

Horrible service. They don't prep vehicles nor dry them. Staff are complete A-Holes. Car still comes out dirty even with a $21 wash. I don't recommend going
