The prep was done poorly. No soap in the hand wands and no time was spent on the wheel wells. For $18, you would think that soap would be included in the prep. The salt and sand was still covering the surfaces. Tough day??

We used to get excellent washes. Now we have to redo when we get home. We have bugs left on and windows not dried properly so they are streaked. Disappointed as we have bought the monthly passes and the service just keeps getting worse.
A $14 car wash and we left with a still dirty car. Very disappointed.
my vehicle was damaged and after reporting the damage to the manager he called back to say that on the video tape it was already damaged - THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. the attendant saw when I came through the wash the plastic was broken on the factory installed bug guard disappointed that I was not believed and told they aren't responsible for any damage
TERRIBLE drying your vehicle off........
I'll recommend this place to people who have trucks because apparently cars do not/will not get the same pre-rinse or drying attention that any truck (oil field dirty to a light dusting) will. That's no matter how dirty my car is. Used to be a good place but it took me a solid year of complaining about it to finally say something on here.
The only place in Minot to get your vehicles clean inside and out! Staff is very friendly and does a great job!
