Dr. Fadallah is the exception to this urgent care; although, today (12/24/24) was a sad experience with the front desk. I have been here for at least 4 years. I came in to be seen and paid my co-pay and was told i had a bill in collection that i was mot informed of and was seen three weeks ago but could not be seen. Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Fadallah, he is kind, patient and informative. He listens without rushing you and explains things and answers questions so you understand everything. His staff is kind and welcoming as well.
