Overall service was good but oil change pricing is ridiculous.
rotated my tires and did not balance them, took my car back to have them fix the problem AFTER spending 700$ on brakes and tire rotation and now have front end problems!! they told me they balanced the tired but when my husband went up there to have them fix the issue they said they don't balance tires?? won't go back here ever again
My Dad owned his own shop for 30 years. When he sold it he found Fast Traxx and told me about it. We have been going there ever since! They are all great people, honest, never up sell anything, and in fact even throw in some minor work to save you a buck. I swear by this company and will always refer anyone to them! Also, there is a difference between brake lights and tail lights, just a friendly FYI!
I've been going to Fast Traxx for well over 15 years now. Jon, Eric and the entire crew know my vehicles' history, explain all service options and impacts, are honest in their appraisals, and respect my decisions. I use them for general repairs as well as oil changes. Whenever one of my kids is buying a used vehicle, they take it to Fast Traxx first for a pre-purchase infection. I trust them with ensuring the safety and longevity of all my family's vehicles and I could not recommend them more highly.
Down-to-earth, honest, and thorough. All of them. Jon came to our house for fear something had been forgotten, which it had not, but that was an exceptional and unexpected service. He really cared. I am SO glad they're open on weekends now. Highly recommend.
They told me I needed two new rear taillights. I declined the additional work and went immediately to Advanced Auto repair to buy the parts to install myself. The tech and I tested each of the lights to determine which ones I needed to buy. Turns out that NONE of the lights were out. We even tested the front ones to be safe. On top of that they put in an oil additive without asking and charged me $15 for it. Just another shoddy lube shop that tries to take advantage. Save your money and go somewhere else.
We love Jon, Eric and team over at Fast Traxx! Not only did we get to help them #GetSwitchedUp to LED's but they look out for our best interests as a business and our cars!
