Friendly Staff, Very clean salon! – Very friendly staff everytime I walk through the doors, they always make me feel welcome. They have great prices on tanning and even better prices on lotions. There hours are great too, I can still tan after working late. Overall, a great experience.

Best tanning salon in the city!!! – Fast Tans is by far the BEST tanning salon in Indy! They have the strongest bulbs (always a choice of older or new bulbs) and their staff are so nice and very helpful!!! Not to mention that the salon is clean and gorgeous inside! I will never tan anywhere else!!!

New ownership treats longtime customers TERRIBLY!! – FastTans has recently taken over the Malibu Tanning on 96th & Allisonville, the place I have been tanning for over 10 yrs. I went there to tan on 3/26 and, while checking in at the front counter, the mgr/owner (woman with long blonde hair) starts asking me questions about whether I actually paid for the tans that were on my account. Dont go! – Poorly managed. Not always clean. A lot of the staff are very friendly so I feel bad saying bad things about their place of work but I would not suggest Malibu to anyone.

horrible management – If you have the misfortune of signing up for their VIP service and trying to abide by the rules of cancellation, then this is definitely not the place to patron. No one returns calls, they continue to draft funds from your account long after you have moved away and cancelled the membership. The facilities are poorly managed and good luck trying to reach anyone above the store manager. STEER CLEAR OR PAY AS YOU GO.
