First time I've ever gone to a car wash and was refused service because my car was "too dirty" and would use too much water. Even offered to pay more for extra usage of water but still got a "no". The girl was VERY rude! Been a customer for years and have always tipped employees generously. Won't ever be returning!!! Good job fast pass car wash
Terrible. The waits for this place ate getting worse every week. Today a 40 minute wait. Under manned all the time. It's Saturday in the Summer for gods sake!!! I'm giving them one more chance after today. If I encounter another ridiculous wait time again, I won't be back.
We have brought our Nissan Rogue here for more than a year. I recently returned from a cleaning with a huge gash in the rear quarter - apparently from the mechanical wash arm that is in the self wash. Upon bringing it to the managers attention we were turned away twice stating they could not have done it. Beware of doing business here.... there are plenty of other car wash facilities - get the hand wash... No more drive thru for us....
