On June 29 2020 the cashier was not wearing a face mask when approaching vehicles to take money, credit or debt cards and providing receipts. All other people employee were in compliance.
I was very disappointed after I paid for a car wash and went to vacuum my car the vacuum on the right sign was not working and I waited to move my car after another car was finished vacuuming , then the employee at the front desk where you pay decided she was going to turn off the vacuums early before 6:45 (website states 7:30 they close ) and I was only able to do half my car !
My car was not clean on the passenger side, front to back bottom, after a $13 wash and a $7 tip, but I did not realize it right away. Came back over 2 hours later and explained. I was told you should have come back right away. Female attendant said she could not help me and was rude, did not even want to give me her name. She gave me a number to call but there was no answer. After paying $20 For a Crappy service, I washed the car myself. I am not coming back
Avoid this place at all costs. Got the "Deluxe" carwash for my Dodge Ram 2500 and the last spinning washer before exiting took ahold of my hood and started to lift it while being closed. It then proceeded to grab ahold of and rip off my driver side windshield washer. I was a little upset, to say the least. After taking photos, talking to staff, filling out a comment card, I was told that I would receive a phone call from the Owners / Managers to remedy the situation.
