Doctor was welcoming,which helped settle my anxiety.
Make sure you bring your payment ahead of time. There is no option to pay online nor do they tell you that you have to pay before being seen. So if you’re in a lot of pain and accidentally left your payment at home (I know, my fault) don’t bother going. Go on to the emergency room or Lexington. In addition, staff is not helpful at all and cannot answer your questions, I wasn’t even asked for my insurance cards before a payment was demanded. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The wait time was short, medical staff were thorough and made sure to ask questions. They also discussed medication types and the pros and cons of oral antibiotics vs antibiotic cream. Before we left the receptionist gave my young son several super hero stickers.
