No one inthe waiting room and or parking lot and still took 2 hours for a physical. They need to change the name to slow as we can go.
A very easy experience. Check in was fast. I went in for a cut on the back of my arm caused from picking up trash. Since I’m a diabetic, I didn’t want to risk an infection. Plus I couldn’t get it to close. I felt silly for going in. But I’ve delt with infections before & didn’t want to go through that again. They were very understanding. And really nice to me.
I had an absolutely positive experience at the Ponchatoula location of fast pace, urgent care. Shelly was my healthcare provider and I do not have enough nice things to say about her and the way she treats her patients.
