I was able to pick an arrival time online before going in. Upon arrival, I was able to check in and get in a room quickly. Everyone we encountered were very nice and knowledgable. Great first experience.
We were traveling from Montana and needed medical assistance. The staff from receptionists to the doctor was very friendly. I would highly recommend them
Receptionist at the front desk the older bigger black lady was very rude, had an attitude the whole time, and did not make herself clear but got annoyed when I did not understand, and unhelpful. Idk why she is there when she’s doing no benefit. The check in is too much for something as simple and unprofessional as a fast pace urgent care. However once we got in the room all the nurses were super nice, it was Ashley and another lady- they were helpful and my medication is working great.
I always choose this walk in clinic because everyone is so kind and treat my children with so much care. They make sure you are taken care of as if you were their own family.
