Had shocks put on our vehicle Nov 11,2019 and on Jan. 15 was told by dealer ship the back shocks were leaking told them not to replace due to still under warranty with Fast Lube Went to the fast lube store first guy was really nice said they would make it right then the mechanic told me it was the axle that was throwing Greece I explained I had just had work done at Bob Howard and they noticed the back shocks were leaking he told me he’d cleaned them to come back in a couple of hours. This store has the old school way they do what they say! If there’s a problem don’t worry about it Mr Bill and crew will make it right. I’ve got 3 that they service 1994 ford E150 high top conversion van 1998 BMW 328I E36 sedan 2001 VW new bettle gls 1.8 turbo , like said don’t be concerned Mr Bill and crew will take good care of you. I’ve been going to them I’m thinking close to 8 to 10 years . Best place for Oil Change!! Not only fast and affordable but they check everything and make sure you’re safe on the road. Really appreciate these guys and highly recommend!
