I have being coming to this show for my inverters to get their service done. I great experience here every time always accommodating and great customer service.

I brought my Ryobi weed Wacker to be inspected and hopefully repaired after trying to troubleshoot it myself. They advised of a deposit in order for it to be looked at, reviewed and possibly repaired. I agreed and left it before the holidays. It wasn't needed urgently and I decided to leave until after the new year. The guys were able to repair the Ryobi by replacing the spark plug wire. They used to have great customer service a few years ago, but ever since they moved into this bigger location that great customer service has gone down the drain. They’re now charging 2-3x more for simple accessories like a chainsaw file. They’ll give you a quote for something on a Friday then by Saturday they’ll say it’s a crazy amount. If you take a machine to get looked at, Ivan will tell his employees to take apart your machines and if you decide not to do service he’ll expect you to pay $30-$40 just to put it back toget... read more
