FAST Reliable Service, with NO Games nor Unrealistic Promises! Used mostly by professional gardeners, yet they still have time to explain things to novices like me. And Don’t forget they are an Authorized Stihl Dealer with VERY Competitive Prices!!
They used to have great customer service a few years ago, but ever since they moved into this bigger location that great customer service has gone down the drain. They’re now charging 2-3x more for simple accessories like a chainsaw file. They’ll give you a quote for something on a Friday then by Saturday they’ll say it’s a crazy amount. If you take a machine to get looked at, Ivan will tell his employees to take apart your machines and if you decide not to do service he’ll expect you to pay $30-$40 just to put it back toget... read more
