We are really perplexed by the negative comment about fast lane. We purchased a car from them in 2003 which turned out to be a great vehicle. We became involved with them for repairs to our other vehicles and always found them to be fair, competent, respectful and honest. If I could give zero stars I would. The worst service we’ve ever received. Not only did they fix my mom’s car without notifying her, they did not even tell her how much It would cost which is what she asked. After going in there myself, I paid for It because she did not have the money. The receptionist not even five minutes after leaving had called my mom tattling on me for telling her like It is.
