Great bike shop! Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. I stopped by recently for a quick cup of joe, and decided to inquire about a new seat post. Natalie gave me a few options, but then proceeded to take the extra time to look again and seemed genuinely excited that she found a beter price for me. That's the type of customer service that attracts patron loyalty. Can't recommend Natalie and the crew more! Check them out and don't hesitate to grab a tasty coffee!
The best bike shop in Austin! The owner; Natalie is a true professional at her craft. Unlike many business owners who are afraid to get their hands dirty she is the hands on type and will repair your bike herself. The shop is also very clean and well stocked on the inside including the restroom!
This is one of the hippest bike shops in Texas. Love the place, can not wait to go back.
Fastfolks is more than a bikeshop, it's a community space where people want to be even if they don't need any work on their bike or don't want to purchase an amazing coffee. Much respects to Natie, Jarred and the rest if the crew!!!
