The Legend begins with beer—Busch beer to be exact. But this was just the beginning…In 1921 Anheuser Busch decided to open a drinking establishment in the picturesque river town of Alton, Illinois. A yellow brick building known as Bon-Air, was constructed right on the corner of three streets, 4th, Pearl and Broadway. We had really good food yesterday, but, my husband was disappointed that you didn't serve Coke products. He gets sick when he drinks Pepsi products and you didn't have any other choices he liked. He doesn't drink alcohol or tea, either. Start serving Coke and we'll be back!
The food was exceptional!!! And the prices are amazing!!
Very overrated..Nothing great there, Just a big old bar..with a limited menu..The food is cheap..But feels like your in the lunch line in high school...Other than that nothing to see. Don't see what the the big deal is..save some money and go to your local bar!

Have been many times and have always had great service from the door man to the cooks. Looking forward to spending Saturday night there with family and friends for my 45th.... great job Fast Eddies
