Add an oil change done, which included them checking my air filter. They left a line off to my air filter, which caused my engine light to come on. This caused a few issues with my vehicle and took me all week to get them lined out. I understand people make mistakes, but when it at the expense of others, that is the bad part.
They don't just change your oil they inspect your vehicle too and let you know if they find an issue and show you the issue as well.
Went here yesterday to try to get my oil changed in my 2023 suburban and when we pulled up there was no one there and two boys sitting outside. They looked at me and said they couldn’t change my oil because it would void my warranty on the car. Mind you I have took my vehicles there in the past to get the oil changed and no one has ever told me that before. Suggested to go somewhere else. For a place that has to keep the doors open your 2 mechanics are referring business elsewhere.
