Had my new pickup in for an exterior detail about a month ago. The guy was a new employee and was working alone. Took a good 15 minutes to get checked out because he didn't even know how to work the debit machine. Still trying to get wax off around the emblems and it's on my fender flares and glass. I'll be waxing it myself next time.

I was the lucky winner of a much needed deluxe detail of my Excape. With kids, my vehicle was, to say the least, a disaster... Chris treated me like a paying customer, making sure I was pleased with his work before I left. Great customer service, and a phenomenal job inside and out (including the engine!) Thank you Fast and Furious for making me feel so special and for the unexpected gift! You have a customer for life! And of course I can't stop showing everyone my back to "new" looking vehicle!!
