I LOVE NATALIE M! I went in there to look for a prom dress and they were all so cute! They had a lot of dresses in every size which is really nice because sometimes its hard to find dresses when you arent tiny. I also noticed that the dresses were all different and I never saw anyone else wearing the dress I bought from there! I told all my friends to go there cause of the cute dresses, plus they are nice and give you tons of attention!
When I went to Natalie M.s I got the best service I probably ever recieved in a dress shop. They were so helpful. Always giving me ideas and feedback. I bought my homecoming dress from Natalie M. and ALL my friends loved it. And so did my dat;) Ive told all my friends about it, and they are going there for the next dance to find there dress. Everyone was soo pleasant and made me feel very at home.
The staff was nothing but helpful. I was treated better here then at Davids. They didnt push anything on me and they made me feel great in my dress even though Im not a size 2.
The selection is great, but the people are pushy. And the store is nappy, and needs an upgrade.
they were fantastic! im a big girl so i have a hard time finding dresses. i found natalie Ms my junior year in highschool and it was the first place the had ball gowns for prom for big girls and every size for that matter. they were helpfull and kind and even when it was really busy they made an appointment for me to come in so i would have a better time and not feel stressed out by everyone. ive gotten every dance dress from them and now that i am getting married i will know who to call and make an appointment with, their w... read more
Awful service. I bought my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses here, and there was not one thing that went smoothly. The ship dates were re-quoted 3 times - and still ended up wrong. Even with their own error, they refused to follow through on their word of refunding money to my bridesmaids. Workers are rude, talk down to you, are not at all organized, and no ones on the same page in that shop. They find any and everyone to blame wrong things on, except themselves. Last year, my eldest daughter and I had no less than a wonderful experience shopping for a prom dress at Natilie Ms. It was so good in fact, my youngest daughter and I will repeat the quest any day now. The service and friendliness of the staff is wonderful. I would and have recommended Natalie M to a number of friends. I know they wont be disappointed.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!......I went to the store looking for a pageant gown for competition. Not only did they have the largest inventory in the area, but the top designer gowns as well, and not all in a size 2. Rebecca was terrific, Myra was so helpful.......I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a gown.
I went to the store to shop for a Mother of the Bride dress. Rebecca helped me for more than an hour and she did an excellent job. Natalie checked on me several times and other employees would come to look at the outfits as I tried them on. They have a very good selection of special occasion dresses. It was the best service Ive had while shopping for the wedding. I would give Natalies 5 Stars!
