My appointment was terrible! The girl was not friendly and didnt seem to want to be there. She also just told me to go pick out four dresses and then Id try them on. I told her that I didnt want to try any on that were out of my price range, so I would need her help finding ones that were. She had no idea the price ranges of each designer. Brides.... dont even start to stress yourself by shopping at Natalie Ms. The customer service was awful! The only time they came over to assist us was when they scolded us for hanging the dresses in the wrong spot. Even still i purchased a bridesmaid and a flower girl dress with them. When i called to confirm my order I was informed that the flowergirl dress wasnt available in the size i needed. Im getting married for the first time and tried on my very first wedding gown here in the store. The dresses were nice but the clerk in the store that helped me didnt seem very Happy. Actually she seemed kinda miserable and I thought to myself well if you are working in a bridal shop and excited women who are getting married are always coming in then maybe some of it would rub off on you but it didnt seem that way. Natalie M was the first store I went to when shopping for my wedding gown. I was with my future mother-in-law and a couple of friends. We were greeted by Vicki, and she took us to a table and sat down with me to find out what I was looking for in a gown. I knew I wanted an Alfred Angelo dress and she had the catalog for me to look through. I chose several dresses, and they had all of them available to try on.
