AWFUL customer service! Called a week ahead of time to set up an appointment and provided a lot of detail about the dresses the bride was interested in, the brides wedding information etc and was told that they would pull dresses out according to what I had mentioned. Arrived for the appointment only to find out that none of the information I provided had been written down, no dresses pulled, and was helped by a very stand offish woman. RUDE!! Had spent over \$1500 there for my wedding, and everything was great. Afterwards, asked for help being sized for a wedding out of town, and was told if I was not buying directly from their store (even though I spent a large amount less than a year ago), they would not help me. Upon the orders of the lady who identified herself as the owner, NOBODY would help me with anything! Could not even get a sales clerk to talk to me! I was very impressed with the customer service at Natalie M. I have been to Davids Bridal several times and was very disappointed in the lack of individual attention. The ladies at Natalie M were very helpful and worked with each of my bridesmaids to make sure that they felt good about how the dress would fit. They even told us what alterations would be necessary for each girl which was amazing! My experience with Natalie was not so pleasant. Purchasing the prom dress and earrings was fine, until we found earrings for less than the \$80 we paid at Natalie M. Though prom was days away, the store refused to refund the earrings. The sign at the register lists what items are unrefundable and do not include jewelry - only the receipt includes jewelry as unrefundable. Over several years I have bought 9 school dance dresses for my daughter. Natalie m has the best selection of dresses around and we never have to worry about someone else showing up to a dance in the same dress. The owners and staff at Natalie m are always very helpful suggesting the perfect dress for my daughter. My daughter has also modeled in many of their charitable fashion shows. I know personally of the all the hours spent putting on these impressive shows, and the funds raised to help these worthy causes..
This was the best experience that Ive had in all my searches for the perfect wedding dress. The staff was excellent, helpful, friendly and I loved the fact that unlike most shops, they assisted me in getting in the PERFECT dress. Mom and I brought my sister back to shop for the perfect prom dress and guess what - she found the one. The great little touches at Natalie M are what make the shop so special. Thank you again for the wonderful experience for me and my sister.

My appointment was terrible! The girl was not friendly and didnt seem to want to be there. She also just told me to go pick out four dresses and then Id try them on. I told her that I didnt want to try any on that were out of my price range, so I would need her help finding ones that were. She had no idea the price ranges of each designer. Associates kept coming in the dressing room while I was changing.
