I have called and left several messages and never got a return call. I've have been here 3 times and each time they are closed. It's Friday afternoon at 3:40 and they should be there. At least that's what the door says. They are never here. I think they are permanently closed, but it's real crappy customer service that they would rather treat their customers badly and let them be ignorant about their hours instead of being honest and not having their customers spend all their time wasted trying to get glasses from them. I have always had a pleasant experience coming here for both my own exam and my mom's. The staff is friendly and they are quick to get you in, I'm especially appreciative and grateful of how they treat my elderly mom. I love how patient everyone is there, especially the doctors and love the selection of glasses they have.
This place is a hidden gem in the Fashion Valley Mall. The Dr. and staff were pleasant and efficient. They made my experience getting my yearly exam a breeze. Not to mention they have the BEST selection of frame, especially if your into designer
Fast,clean and pleasant demeanor … I’m relieved that it was an excellent experience for my teen.
