I used to go here all the time because the woman doing acrylics always did such an amazing job and she was nice, I wish I knew her name. It’s been a while since I’ve gone, so I decided to go on my birthday and just as I got there, the front desk lady was so rude from the very beginning. It ruined my day. I used to love this place now I’m never going back.
The front desk manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, with an unnecessary amount of attitude. There’s usually a reason why a nail salon has low ratings and sits nearly empty on weekends. Don’t come here just for convenience—it’s not worth it.
I went this place last month & the lady wasn’t friendly. Told me to come back in 20 min….came back another 20 min then went back for her to say she still wasn’t ready. Finally did my nails & did a good job. Fast forward went back today bc they did a good job atleast & there was only a few ladies getting pedicures so I asked if she was free for a fill on my nails. Same lady but extremely loud & rude again in front of other customers & wanted to know every single thing I wanted which was just a gelx fill & simple basic design.... read more
Workers are rude and apparently don’t realize your work is nothing if you’re rude to customers. Don’t know how this place stays in business.
