Owner/ front lady always has an off putting attitude when talking to customers. Will not come back

Absolutely fire! Hours are amazing, great vibes!! edit: not really sure I’ll ever come back after a very rude phone call interaction with who I am pretty sure is the owner from what I gathered being a customer here since I was literally a child :( Really actually made me feel so weird for calling in the first place. Employees are the best and very helpful but I just can’t shake this interaction.

I used to go here all the time because the woman doing acrylics always did such an amazing job and she was nice, I wish I knew her name. It’s been a while since I’ve gone, so I decided to go on my birthday and just as I got there, the front desk lady was so rude from the very beginning. It ruined my day. I used to love this place now I’m never going back.
