Went for a wax. STAY AWAY..... So many things wrong. I should have walked out but needed a wax asap. Room needed some cleaning but I looked past that. 2nd the wax stick looked like a flat toothpick and double dipping. She didn't want to waste her wax so started to use tweezers she was so rough and starting pinching my skin. I have NEVER has a wax that hurt right after. Next day I started to get a rash so upsetting. Unacceptable. And it was only my underarms.
I was disappointed with how my nails turned out at first, as they were not done the way I expected. However, I truly appreciate how kind, professional, and understanding that TINA 💖💕 was when I brought up my concerns. Tina took the time to fix the issues and made sure I left happy. Mistakes can happen, but great customer service is how a business handles them — and Tina💖💕 did make the effort to make things right. Thank you for caring about your customers and standing by your work!
My pedicure left my feet feeling soft and refreshed. The massage was a perfect bonus.
