The room was not as advertised! The T.V. did not work during our 2 day stay and had two different people try to resolve the issue but never did. The toilet drainage had issues as well. Customer service was poor with accommodating us with another room and refund.
This place is nasty not clean at all hair everywhere customer service is horrible!!!! We stayed 2 nights the Tv never worked ! The toilet was stopped up and the sink ! I ask for refund , the lady at the desk argued with me saying that’s not a reason to get a refund . Attitude was nasty !she didn’t care about helping. The room was not clean . Hair everywhere in shower and bed. Even the floors was nasty ! The view is horrible . The photos they have online are fake . It look nothing like that ! Please don’t waste your money
La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la playa y de la parada de autobús que te lleva a la ciudad. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias. Te la limpian y cambian las toallas todos los días. La nueva dirección lleva pocos meses al cargo pero se nota que ponen todo el interés en mejorar lo que se necesite y su trato es personalizado y muy amistoso. Volveremos seguro.
I truly loved this hotel,the place is so laid back. The hotel has a great atmosphere and a cool vibe, omg and it smells so good. I also want to mention that you are close to everything that you may need and want. I want to add that the room I had was small,I don't know if all the rooms are this small. But who cares ,you come to South Beach 🏖️ to eat and drink and to enjoy the beach ⛱️ and people watch.Lol
Fuimos una semana, el personal el súper amable, no ayudaron en todo y fueron muy simpáticos y atentos. La habitación es amplia con camas y almohadas cómodas! Lo recomiendo!
