Dangerous......Went in for standard root canal....He did not remove all the tissue....Developed an infection afterward.....Had to have the area repaired by another dentist.....When I called dr fasciano's office to ask for reimbursement for the malpractice he committed, I was hung up on by an arrogant and nasty secretary. DO NOT see this so called professional if you value your health.
