Dr Shadab has been my kids doctor for 12 years. We had a couple years with Kaiser due to insurance change and I would never change again. He cares, he listens and my kids love him. I wouldn't trust anyone else. The staff has changed over the years but that's the same with any office. I have no complaints about the current or past staff. Everyone is fabulous and makes you feel right at home. I have ever waited longer than 5 minutes to get into a room.

After several visits he finally diagnosed her with bronchitis and I kept insisting she has it because her cough was getting worst. But he kept saying it’s normal and she will get better in couple days and no medicine for her. But after one month he finally gave her medicine for her cough. I’m very disappointed that my daughter had to get worst in order for him to prescribe medication.
We've had Dr Shadab for a couple years now. We've not had wrong prescriptions for my daughter(unlike her previous "doctor"), he is very helpful with referrals for a allergist, and ent. Getting a appointment has been very easy. He is forth coming, and proactive when something seems wrong. I no longer have to run to the er because my child has pneumonia, and her former "doctor" says that she is "fine." The peace of mind his care brings is why we go to him.
The register nurse who handle me on the phone was a absolute nightmare, she constantly interrupted me when I wanted to know what is the chemical breakdown which should only take 20 minutes or so so I know what's being injected into my newborn child. She was so rude and unruly though she kept him out of town, I would love to take legal action against these people or at least file some sort of restraining order so this lady has no contact with my child. It was so unprofessional!!
It was the first time I took my baby to his office and I never go there again. He was so unfriendly and he didn't care .
