I am especially pleased with Farrish Subaru. I am an 80 year old single female with no children. I need all the help I can get when it comes to servicing my car. I had two Subaru's serviced recently. Both appointments went well. Work was done timely and the cars were ready when promised. I'll be back for service again in the future.
The service was excellent. The representative was very knowledgeable and very professional., Communication skills was great always communicate with me. Let me know what's going on.. Keep up the good work.
Service department representative was friendly and helpful. Dealership charged me full list price of $289 for a part that I could have bought online for $246. Only $50 labor, on the other hand, which I perceive as good. Zero stars to Subaru for making you replace an entire tail light assembly when all you have is a crack in one of the plastic lenses. We have previously given this dealership a 5 star rating but wanted to write an addition. My wife and I did the in-car class with Farrish - we spent 1.5 hours with the instructor and picked up a huge number of tips and tricks. A class like that for 2 people would normally cost several hundred dollars - but the Subaru class was free and they even sent us a $25 Sunoco gas card.
Farrish does the work you ask them to without any pressure to do other things they might note- and they don’t tend to recommend anything ridiculous. Previously, I’d taken my car to them for brake pad replacement that another dealership said I needed. Farrish got started and then came out to me with pictures showing me that they weren’t even close to needing replacement. They could have just done it and I’d never have known. That gave me a lot of trust for Farrish.
We drove over 370 miles to work with this dealership and to successfully find a new car we absolutely love. Completely worthwhile journey. Great staff and dealership. Really nice to work with a team of people who care about the customer, the cars they are selling, and the help and information they provide.
The process for identifying the work to be done and getting complete customer input is well structured and the staff are very polite. They keep you well informed about potential costs and the time to accomplish the work. The waiting room is spacious and well maintained, as well as quiet; there are snacks and coffee/tea. I was very satisfied with the work done and the helpfulness of the staff.
